Withdrawal from the purchase contract
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return the goods?
- Complete the returns form.
- Pack the goods, preferably in their original packaging, and send them with the form to our address.
- We will send you a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Claims
The customer has the right to complain about the goods within 24 months of receipt of the goods..
How do I make a claim?
Fill in the complaint form.
Pack the goods and send them along with the form and the purchase invoice to our address.
We will inform you of the final assessment of your complaint within 30 days of receiving the goods.
