The Priessnitz wrap cap helps with: headaches including migraines, cosmetic and spa treatments, wraps for dry hair. With a removable liner that can be soaked in an herbal bath, it can also be beautifully scented.

Instructions

Soak the removable inner part (lining) of the wrap in cold water, 8-16°C/46-60°F (it is important to choose the water temperature according to the patient's condition - for children we choose less cold water, around 22°C/71°F). Place the wrung out lining in the wrap. Then fasten to the head by tightening the elastic band.
Care instructions for the Priessnitz Wrap: The wrap can be washed in a washing machine at 40°C/104°F and left to dry naturally (do not stretch when drying). We only use high quality materials, so it should last 3-5 years depending on how you use the wrap. Warning: The wrap should not be used on infected areas, poorly healing wounds or skin conditions (eczema etc.).
