Instructions

Warming a Buckwheat Pillow Buckwheat hulls naturally hold warmth, but you can gently heat the pillow on a radiator if needed. Place the warmed pillow inside a HydroCure Neck Wrap and secure it with Velcro, or simply rest it directly on the sore area. As it warms, the pillow releases a light, pleasant natural aroma.
Heating the Cherry Stone Cushion You can warm the cherry stone cushion in several ways: Electric oven: up to 10 minutes at 150 °C (lightly moisten the surface before heating). Microwave oven: about 1½ minutes at 400 W (again, moisten the surface slightly before heating). Radiator or iron: place gently to warm through. Once heated, place the pad into your chosen HydroCure Wrap and secure with Velcro, or simply apply it directly to the sore area. The warmed pads release a pleasant natural aroma. ⚠️ Important: Always check the temperature by touch before use.
Cooling the Pillow To keep it clean, place the pillow in a plastic container and cool it in the fridge. Once chilled, insert it into your chosen HydroCure Wrap and fasten with Velcro, or simply apply it directly to the sore area.
