For spa and beauty treatments, apply e.g. paraffin, honey or chocolate, etc. In the case of skin with eczema, we recommend using dry gloves in conjunction with your healing ointment to promote better absorption.

Soak the removable inner part (lining) of the wrap in cold water, 8-16°C/46-60°F (it is important to choose the water temperature according to the patient's condition - for children we choose less cold water, around 22°C/71°F). Place the wrung out lining in the wrap. Wrap the wrap around the affected area and secure with Velcro. The natural wrap should not be used on infected areas, poorly healing wounds or skin conditions (eczema etc.).

Care instructions for the Priessnitz Wrap: The wrap can be washed normally in a washing machine at 40°C/104°F and left to dry naturally (do not stretch when drying). We only use high quality materials, so it should last 3-5 years depending on how you use the wrap. Warning:

Our product is characterised by the fact that it consists of several sewn layers and a removable part. The top and bottom layers are 100% cotton. An insulating and impermeable layer is sewn in between them, ensuring that water does not pass through the material while retaining heat. The last layer is a removable inner piece of 100% cotton that is soaked in cold water.
